- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
- The product must be in its original, unopened condition to be eligible for a return.
- Returns for opened products are only accepted if a fault is found.
- If the product arrives damaged, broken, or does not match the description, you can request a replacement or exchange within 48 hours.
- If the parcel is unsealed or opened, you must inform us immediately.
- If the product is broken during shipping or any item is missing, please notify us with relevant details.
- In case of a non-faulty product return, shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
- Customers must return the product using any courier service, and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
To file a complaint, please contact us via our official phone number or send an email to support@italiotech.com with your order number and reason for return. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please ensure that you send an email within the time limit.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Faulty products will be replaced with a new one within a few days.
- Customers can opt for a voucher of the same amount to purchase another product.
- To request a voucher, please contact our support team.
